Malaya: Undercover operation is a four-episode original RTVE Play documentary series about the largest police operation against political and urban corruption ever carried out in Spain. A gripping story, with elements of thrillerThis is the first time it will be told by the people who led that secret and historic investigation. Malaya was the discovery of a criminal organization that had been operating for years in the bowels of a public institution: the Marbella Town Hall. It was also the end for its top manager, a powerful and extremely intelligent character, who until then had moved at will in the shadows: Juan Antonio Roca.

Produced by RTVE in collaboration with Atlantia Media, the series not only reveals and analyzes how the events took place, but also shows the testimony of those who were behind this pioneering operation that changed forever the way of investigating corruption in Spain. They are the real protagonists and the only ones who can provide answers to many of the unknowns that remain to be clarified.
